the paradox of conscious awareness
From the perspective of the individual, the evolution of consciousness appears to be an expansion. Rising from localized awareness, moving up to the next level of becoming Youniversal Consciousness, the individual's perception stretches to encompass more of all that is.
From the perspective of Youniversal Consciousness however, individual expansion is perceived as a convergence through becoming more of what it already is. This paradox becomes the basis through which the evolution into non-duality can be observed.

The only capability we have to grasp the dimensional levels of Consciousness can only be within our current experience, or what is in our collective localized point of awareness. The Consciousness of the planet can thus be located on the torus of Infinite Consciousness by examining the emergence of various thoughts and phenomena.
In the current state, the dimensions of space began to absorb the dimension of time when ideas such as the connection between time and space started to be witnessed and pondered. When a concept enters conscious awareness it marks a shift or an evolution towards the greater whole. In 1908, Space-Time was coined by Einstein's teacher, Hermann Minkowski. This marked an initial shift of beginning to perceive the previously separated concepts as they really are, unified.
EXPANSION & CONVERGENCE
THE CONSCIOUSNESS SPECTRUM
The 7 types of waves on the electromagnetic spectrum are states of consciousness that each have a different concentration of space-time relative to the Singularity. The higher the frequency the closer the levels of space-time are to one another. The various modulations on the base frequency of stillness create the Consciousness Spectrum.
As Consciousness operates as the fundamental principle of reality connecting directly to its Singular nature, through meditation or Non-dualistic practice, creates smaller loops of space-time progressively removing restrictions on experience. This accelerates one's inevitable unification to infinite potential without solely depending on time to drive awareness back to unity. The evolution of Consciousness thus leads to time and space becoming less and less of a reality allowing manifestation or Quantum Experience in progressively higher degrees.
Time and space exist in some form or another as experience until the ultimate unification to Singularity. The release of the seeming rigidity of linear time fades as Awareness realizes its connection to the true Singular nature of reality. The higher the frequency or state of one's Consciousness, the more freedom of mobility one possesses.
THE 7 LEVELS OF EVOLUTION

The fractal nature of Consciousness allows for its evolution while maintaining an underlying non-dual nature. Evolving into itself it maintains ratios and correspondence between the macro & micro. Every phenomenon can thus be observed and learned from in order to develop a clearer image of all that is. In the case of the totality of existence, the current perspective is that everything is comprised of waves, or varying frequencies of electromagnetism. Even though electromagnetism is a spectrum, it is currently divided into 7 main types of waves. This distinction of the totality can be applied to understand the evolution of Consciousness as a whole as well as being applied to an individual's personal human existence.

When the colors of visible light, our current band of perception, are applied to the entirety of the Consciousness Spectrum the levels of evolution emerge. Our ability to primarily only perceive these frequencies indicate where Human Consciousness currently is in its evolution. Fractally applied these colors are also representative of an individual's personal evolution through their energy centers.

The hue-man body encapsulates the various frequencies of light, aligning them in the 7 main energy centers through which one can gauge and follow in order to further evolve. The density of the energies, or their affliction by Space-Time, keep them ordered. When viewing the totality of existence and Consciousness through the perspective of non-duality, thus seeing the entire universe as One evolving being, the ability to act as a whole becomes an available option. Through the experiences that are in our perception in relation to Infinite Potential, we can focus on releasing perceived restrictions rooted in fear, or distance from singularity. The energy center in the hue-man that corresponds to our position in the Visible Light segment, relative to the whole of Consciousness, is the green band or the collective heart center.

Consciousness can be divided into a multiplicity of ways or parameters in order to create the experience of diversity that we encounter today. In a state of convergence towards infinite potential, the evolution of Consciousness is best perceived through simplicity. The 3 main qualities that exist in conscious awareness today are time, space and Consciousness. As Consciousness exists as the fundamental principle, it exists independently of time and space. Waves however, necessitate time and space to exist in the field of perception.
In its state of pure potential or formless nonexistence, Consciousness makes up the 0th dimension of reality. This is the ineffable formlessness that has no representation. In its 1st Dimension, Consciousness exists as a dot which conveys it's infinite density and singular nature. Emerging into existence thus taking on its initial structure, it gradually becomes subjected to restrictions on its movement, this then becomes its 2-dimensional existence. The emanation of Consciousness radiates out from the central singularity point creating the 1st dimension of physical reality. Consciousness ultimately remains singular in nature maintaining true underlying infinity and only takes on the illusory limitations through the emergence of concepts or unawareness of it's own singular nature.
Through the concepts of space and time however, Consciousness begins the descent of pure possibility into physical actuality. The more Space & Time cause the descent or distance of Consciousness' knowing of itself the more it becomes governed by various laws or restrictions on its freedom of mobility. The descent into actuality occurs through taking on the emanating variety of electromagnetic radiation. As Consciousness is fundamentally stillness or infinite energy, the application of varying degrees of the parameters of space-time create the various wave frequencies. The electromagnetic spectrum is Consciousness undergoing either expansion into physicality or limitations, or evolutionary convergence returning to its natural state of infinite possibility. Physical space expands as Consciousness becomes more limited, creating an inverse relationship between physicality(duality) and Conscious Awareness(singularity).
The Torus & consciousness
Torus in 4 Dimensions
The four-dimensional state of the torus contains a rotational nature through time, the longitudinal lines. Cycling through the experiential nature of itself, Consciousness then returns to the central point of infinite density. The Universal Torus accomplishing one rotation appears to move away from itself, shifting away from the central point, to the outer edges where it appears most disconnected from its true being.

The expansion or emanation of space is seen through the concentric circles. The wider the circle, the more of a restrictive quality space applies to Consciousness. The separation and unification of space-time is apparent through time expanding space towards its fullest capacity and then driving space back into convergence. Space & Time, when closest to Infinite Consciousness, play less of a role in experience. Space-time is unified as Space itself cannot bring Consciousness back to Singularity, only through time does the convergence occur.

As Consciousness begins its return to Singularity it shifts through the dimensions the same way it emerged reversing through its restrictions acquiring freedom as it progresses. It exponentially moves away from its dualistic expansion when it reaches its fullest expression, or begins to recognize itself as Life. Once Consciousness develops enough to recognize its inherent stillness, it begins to shift into the third-dimensional state of being which inherently possesses no concept of time. In this level of reality above time seemingly instant manifestation occurs. As time begins to fade from Conscious Awareness, the torus reverts to its 3rd-dimensional structure, beginning its next stage of evolution... consolidating the dimensions of space.
Torus in 3 Dimensions
Each point on the Torus represents a location in the totality of perceiving the singular whole. As Consciousness reverts to awareness of the ultimate stillness it begins to absorb the dimension of time converting it to a sort of a spatial dimension. The points correspond to locations in the 3 regular spatial dimensions as well as locations in the dimension of Time. These points all then connect to one another by resonating on the same base of Consciousness in its frequency of stillness.
Through developing your awareness of the world you experience, and your own frequency, which only ever exists in The Now, this very point of stillness, you allow yourself to recognize how the world you encounter correlates to your localized point of perspective in the Torus that is timeless.

Torus in 2 Dimensions
The consolidation of space in Conscious Awareness begins as it reverts into its 2-dimensional nature of pure energy with some qualities of form. Applying the electromagnetic spectrum to the 2nd-dimensional representation conveys the 7 Levels of Evolution. The shift from the expansive levels of the space-time matrix is the unification of points through the basis of energetic resonance. The consolidated points then exist based on frequency, or experiential qualities relative to the Singularity or formless Infinite Consciousness. In 2 dimensions the torus shows its simplified dualistic nature of existence & non-existence, or potential & actuality. Extending out from the center, consciousness expands laterally into 2 dimensions of physicality, length, and width.
Perceiving existence through 2 dimensions, the formless singularity, and its expansion or emanation facilitates the evolution of understanding through its power to spark remembrance. Allowing your awareness to experience the beauty of the realm of resonance magnetizes more positive experiences as you become aware of your bio-centricity.

In the microcosm, the 2-Dimensional variation of the torus correlates to the shape of cells, one of the initial states of consciousness re-experiencing its mobile nature.

The Zero-point of the YOUniverse
The torus of Infinite Consciousness represents the totality of all that is. The torus shape accounts for the four dimensions we currently experience as well as being the shape that corresponds to the energy structure of all components of reality, from the atom, to the human, to the galaxy. In time, what we perceive as the fourth dimension, the torus appears to rotate through it's center. This point in the center is Consciousness cycling through its infinite nature allowing every possible perspective of all that is to fold into and out of pure beingness. In this point of infinite density, observed through duality, the formative principles of Consciousness are receptive awareness and conscious creation. The emanations that extend from the central Zero-Point of the Torus represent the entirety of possible points of view or experiences. Through our focus, or where we direct our Consciousness, we simultaneously receive & create our personal realities.
Recognizing the fundamental unity of the formative principles as well as the infinite potentials of Consciousness, one can begin to open up more of these channels of experiences providing the basis for true limitless creation. The Zero Point of Consciousness is not something that needs to be attained, only realized, as it is already always active. What you currently experience in the outer world is a manifestation through where you have directed your focus. The refinement of focus through quieting of tensions and sensory noise allows the true power of Consciousness and it's manifestations to appear more visibly and more immediately.

This is the beginning of the evolution of your relationship with time and space.
